No sugar is the first step, than cut loose any processed meat and exercise daily. If weather is sick or is it winter time, than i ride indoor bike, if not than i ride real bike outside for 50 minutes. One orange has plenty of sugar, so that’s just enough of that.

Sometimes outside events reset our brain in such a way, that we get the reset we’re looking for.
