Vivaldi is very close to that, you can have basically everything and setup everything. I want the quality of render like Firefox has it and the speed of Chrome but this days you can’t have both. Try a very long site with scrolling and then compare it with Firefox and Chrome. With my Lots of text HTML5 demo, Firefox actually uses GPU up to 30% to render better and faster, so looks like Chrome don’t use GPU for basic render of web sites but just for 3D elements i guess. Chrome GPU usage was 15% in this case.
